kun9 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and casino service provider operating in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of kun9's website, app, and all related services. You must provide accurate personal information during registration. kun9 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being restricted or closed. It is the member's responsibility to notify kun9 immediately if any registration details change.

Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following points should be kept in mind when managing an account:

Password and Security

• Keep your login credentials (password, PIN) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised login or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• No kun9 employee or representative will ever ask for your password or full payment details.

Account Transfer

kun9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. No member may sell, transfer, or rent their account, balance, or bonuses to another person. Such activity will result in immediate account closure.

Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Members can reactivate their account by contacting the support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kun9 supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The table below sets out the terms for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions

• There must be sufficient verified balance in the account before making a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — or with approval from the kun9 support team.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they become withdrawable (separate wagering requirements apply to bonus funds).
• kun9 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request for verification purposes.
• Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts in order to prevent money laundering.

Bonuses and Promotions

kun9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms and conditions apply to this bonus:

• The total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• The welcome bonus applies only once, on the first deposit only.
• Wagering must generally be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering calculations.

VIP Cashback Program

Active members can advance through three VIP tiers based on their activity:

General Bonus Terms

• kun9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Only one bonus claim is eligible per household or IP address.
• Separate terms and conditions may apply to each specific promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on kun9 are governed by the following general rules:

Bet Validity

• Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless special circumstances approved by kun9 exist.
• kun9 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds or results displayed due to a technical error.
• kun9 is not liable for losses caused by server issues or internet connection disruptions.

Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the results of official governing bodies (ICC, FIFA, BPL, etc.) will be considered final. In the case of an abandoned match or an undetermined result, kun9's decision is final.

Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are operated by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are impartial and verifiable. In the event of any gaming dispute, kun9's log records will be considered the final evidence.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winning amount may be capped for certain games or promotions. Details about these limits will be stated on the relevant game or promotion page.

Limitation of Liability

• Unexpected technical errors or force majeure situations.
• Loss caused by unauthorized access to a member's account, where the member themselves shared their password.

kun9's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question. kun9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes to Terms

kun9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed for any changes:

• Members will be notified by email or on the platform at least 7 days before important changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw any available balance.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member

Any member may apply to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before submitting the request. After account closure, bonus funds may be cancelled due to incomplete wagering requirements.

Suspension or Closure by kun9

kun9 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended period of inactivity.

After account closure, contact the support team to recover any legitimate balance. If the account was closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
